Registrations
Register your company, properly, from R895
Name reservation, your CIPC registration documents, an MOI, share certificates and a free accounting officer appointment. We do the paperwork; you get a company that is correctly structured from day one.

What you get
What the fee covers
No surprise line items. This is what is included.
Name reservation
We check and reserve your preferred name with CIPC. Bring up to four choices in order of preference, because a name too close to an existing company gets declined.
CIPC registration documents
Your COR 14.3 registration certificate and supporting company documents, issued once the name is allocated to your company permanently.
Memorandum of Incorporation
The MOI that sets out how your company is governed, filed as part of the registration.
Share certificates
Issued for each shareholder so ownership is documented from the start, not reconstructed later.
Free accounting officer appointment
If you do not already have one, we appoint ours at no charge so your company is not left non-compliant.
Bank account assistance
We help you get a business account opened once your documents are through.
About your financial year end
Our form lets you pick the month that suits your operating cycle. If you have no preference, February is the default, which lines up with the standard South African tax year for most small businesses. It is easier to choose correctly now than to amend it later.
The process
How it works
Choose your names
Decide on up to four names in order of preference. Made-up names work best. Dictionary words and surnames are usually declined.
Complete the form
Fill in the online application with your director details, addresses and your preferred financial year end.
Pay the fee
Pay R895 by EFT, deposit or card, using your payment date and first proposed name as the reference.
We lodge it
We reserve the name, submit the application on your behalf, and send you your company documents as proof.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is included in the company registration package?
Your fee covers the name reservation with up to four proposed names checked, your CIPC registration documents (COR 14.3), the Memorandum of Incorporation, share certificates for shareholders, a free accounting officer appointment, and assistance opening a corporate bank account.
How long does registration take?
Once your application is submitted, payment is received and we have reserved your chosen name with CIPC, your company is typically fully registered within 2 to 3 business days. The name reservation stage is the variable: if your first choices are declined, we work down your list, which adds time.
What documents do I need to provide?
To start, you only need the online form: your contact details, your preferred company names, and details for each director including physical and postal addresses. Once you submit, we request certified copies of IDs or passports for every appointed director.
Why do you need four names?
Because CIPC declines names that are too similar to an existing registration. Giving us several in order of preference means we can move to the next one immediately instead of coming back to you and losing days. Invented names are accepted far more often than ordinary words or surnames.
Can I choose my own financial year end?
Yes. Select the month that best suits your operational or industry cycle on the application form. If you have no preference, the default is February.
What do I need to do after the company is registered?
Three things keep it alive: file your annual return every year, submit your beneficial ownership declaration, and keep your SARS returns up to date. We can handle all three on an ongoing basis.
