Deregistration Rescue
One-timeReinstatement and back-filing for a company that has already lapsed. We get it breathing again, then put it on a plan so it never happens twice.
The no-brainer
Two filings a year are mandatory for every South African company: the annual return and the beneficial ownership declaration. We track the date and handle both on your behalf. You are never asked to remember, trigger or approve anything.

Why it matters
Your annual return is due within 30 business days of your incorporation anniversary, every year. We can see it 12 months out.
Since 1 July 2024 the annual return is not accepted until the beneficial ownership declaration is in. We submit that first.
Penalties accrue daily. A second missed year starts deregistration.
Included
Everything below is covered by the plan fee.
Prepared and submitted on your behalf each year, within the window after your incorporation anniversary. You are not reminded to do it.
Submitted first, in the same year, because since 1 July 2024 the annual return is not accepted without it.
We watch your anniversary date. You will know your standing before a deadline is ever a problem.
Proof of every submission, so you always have the paperwork when a bank or a client asks for it.
The statutory fee is passed through at exactly what CIPC charges. We do not mark it up.
Every service in this plan can also be bought once, on a fixed fee, with no subscription. A plan is simply cheaper over time and means the recurring work stops being something you have to remember. See all one-off fees.
Questions
A dashboard reminds you, then you go and trigger the filing yourself. We handle it for you. That is the whole distinction. If you are the kind of person who reliably acts on a reminder, a free dashboard is genuinely enough. If you are running a business, you want it done. See the full comparison.
The statutory CIPC fee is passed through at cost, exactly what CIPC charges, with no mark-up. Our fee is the R1,800 a year for doing the work and carrying the responsibility.
Yes, and dormant companies are the ones that get deregistered most often, precisely because nobody is looking. The obligation attaches to the registration, not to whether you trade.
Start with Deregistration Rescue to get current, then this plan keeps you there.
R1,800 a year, or R199 a month. The annual is cheaper because it costs us less to administer.
