If you need the original CoR 14.3 registration document or CK1 Founding Statement rather than the standard disclosure certificate, the cost is R300 and it takes 5 to 7 working days, because the document has to be retrieved directly. Mention it in the comments field when you apply.

What is a Certificate of Disclosure?
An official document providing verified details about an already registered company or close corporation. It contains enterprise information (legal name, registration number, description, business addresses), accounting officer details (name, profession, practice number, contact info), and member or director details (full names, ID numbers or dates of birth, financial contributions, ownership interest percentages and appointment dates).
What does it cost and how long does it take?
A standard Certificate of Disclosure costs R150. Once we receive your online application and proof of payment, we retrieve and deliver it within 24 hours.
Can I get the original CoR 14.3 or CK1 instead?
Yes, for R300. Because that document requires direct retrieval it takes 5 to 7 working days.
How do I apply?
- Pay R150 (or R300 for original CK documents) into our bank account using your company name as the reference, for example COC/YourCompanyName, and send proof of payment by email or WhatsApp.
- Complete the online request form with your contact info, company name and registration number.
